All of our projects at Calco Construction feature a blend of commercial, residential, and mixed-use functionality. We carefully develop with careful steps, from preliminary concepts to full-on construction and management to ensure the project is completed according to the initial plan. While you focus on your personal life or business, we handle everything else. But before we get started bringing your concept into a reality, we are happy to share some key takeaways about our process.
When you call us, we first begin by sending out a questionnaire regarding what exactly you’re looking for.
The first step is to reach out to Calco where we can make sure we're a suitable fit and the concept is possible. This includes qualification utilizing a credit & background check before seeing the land.
Based on your responses to our questionnaire, we can then come up with an estimate for your custom remodel so you are aware of around how much it will cost to begin the project.
After the qualification stage has been completed and we've determined if your concept is possible, you'll meet with the realtor who will shows you land. Once a lot sale is in order, a contract is created with terms and conditions of the sale along with permits.
We will schedule an in home appointment with you to look at your space and figure out the scope of work.
Dealing with design of the land where we plan what kind of property will be constructed. Zoning codes determine the types of property such as residential (custom built homes) or commercial (retail, plazas, etc.). Knowing what type of property can be built on the area is critical to your plan.
We then order materials to either our facility or directly to your home, come up with a 3D rendering of what your bathroom will look like when finished, and begin construction.
Land development usually means building from the ground up. When you work with Calco, our team understands shaping ground such as with grading or creating curbs and walkways. The project is constructed sticking closely to your financing budget and timeline.
